The Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio modified the Rules governing mediation to impose new requirements. You will find the existing Clermont County Local Rule 35 on mediation here: Proposed Revisions to Clermont County Juvenile Court Local Rule 35 – Mediation, with proposed deletions marked in black lines and additions written in red. The Clermont County Juvenile Court proposes to adopt amendments to Rule 35 on September 12, 2023.
