The Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio modified the Parenting Coordination Rules to impose new requirements for the program. You will find the existing Clermont County Local Rule 34 governing Parenting Coordination attached below with the proposed deletions marked in black lines and additions written in red. The Clermont County Juvenile Court proposes to adopt amendments to Rule 34 on August 18, 2023.
