The Clermont County Juvenile Court proposes to adopt Local RULE 40 dealing with Neutral Evaluation on January 25, 2024. Neutral Evaluation is a process in which parties to a dispute present their claims or defenses and describe the principal evidence on which claims or defenses are based to a neutral third party who then shares impressions about the strengths and weaknesses and probable outcome of each matter.
Please review the attached proposed Rule and submit any comments or questions to Gary Bryant, the Juvenile Court Administrator, at gbryant@clermontcountyohio.gov prior to January 24, 2024.
