The Ohio Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio require that a court adopt a local rule regarding a technology plan for the court. The Clermont County Juvenile Court will be adopting a technology plan in August and proposes the attached Rule that authorizes maintenance of that plan. Please review and submit any comments by August 17, 2023 to gbryant@clermontcountyohio.gov . The Rule will be adopted on August 18, 2023.
