Our Mission and General Information
The mission of the Clermont County Law Library is to deliver legal resource materials to the judiciary, elected officials, local bar association members, and general public while adhering to the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism. The Law Library staff is aware of the most current practices, services, and procedures when identifying, acquiring, accessing, and managing research services to meet our patron’s needs.
A CLLRB’s main source of revenue comes from a percentage of collected fines and penalties for certain traffic citations and liquor fines. The types of fines and penalties each CLLRB receives are outlined in Ohio Revised Code §307.515.
The law library is open to the general public. Fees for services may be charged.
Hours of Operation
The law library is open from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
