Clermont County Domestic Court is holding a Law Clinic on the first Saturday of the month (except for the months of June and July) from 9 a.m. until noon at the Union Township Library.  A volunteer attorney will be at the clinic to assist self-represented litigants with reviewing legal documents before these documents are filed.  Court personnel will also be on hand to make sure that the necessary documents are in compliance.  If the documents are in compliance, court personnel will initial the required checklist enabling parties to mail their documents to the Clerk of Courts office or file in person.

The volunteer attorney and court personnel are only able to assist self-represented litigants with domestic relations matters.

Due to the library’s schedule, the clinic must be finished by noon.  So please come early so that you can have your documents reviewed and/or procedural questions answered.
